2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When the site is accessed, STRATO processes technically necessary connection data. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested file, transferred data volume, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
Processing is necessary to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security, and detect attacks or technical faults. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
According to STRATO, IP addresses are stored for a maximum of seven days to detect and defend against attacks. Access logs made available in the hosting account contain anonymised IP addresses and are available for up to six weeks. The website operator does not maintain an additional permanent archive of these logs.
STRATO processes the hosting data as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR.
3. Cookies and local storage
The website uses no analytics, marketing or profiling cookies and loads no external fonts, tracking pixels or embedded social-media content.
After the privacy notice is closed, the value tanneberger-privacy-notice-v2 is stored locally in the browser. It is used only to avoid showing the notice again for up to 180 days. The value is not transmitted to the website operator and can be removed by deleting this site's browser data.
4. Contact by email or phone
Information submitted by email or phone is processed to respond to the enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and, for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is deleted once the matter has been completed unless statutory retention duties apply.
5. External links
The website links to services including LinkedIn, 3Druck.com, Revopoint, AdditivX, nobufil and Formnext. A connection to these providers is only established after a user actively clicks a link.
6. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
7. Security and changes
The website should only be served over HTTPS. This privacy policy must be updated before adding analytics, external videos or maps, contact forms, newsletters, external fonts or other third-party services.
