Technology only creates value when it works in daily practice.
For more than ten years, I have worked at the intersection of product development, production and emerging manufacturing technologies. My focus is where an idea needs to become a reliable component, and a one-off solution needs to become a controlled process.

I analyse real applications, develop digital workflows, structure approvals and quality requirements, and enable the people who will use them. As a freelance lecturer at Berliner Hochschule für Technik , I connect industrial practice with clear, application-oriented teaching.

Capture real installation situations, digitise existing parts and create reliable reference geometry for design, comparison and variant management.

Turn experiments into repeatable workflows through roles, approvals, documentation, quality checks, training and continuous improvement.

Make complex technology understandable and usable, from management workshops to practical operator training.

Digital reference geometry instead of laborious manual adjustment.
At Apprich Secur, the potential integration of 3D scanning, reverse engineering and additive manufacturing into armoured cash-in-transit vehicle production was explored. The focus was on custom interiors, new interference geometry and small production volumes.
